Industrial Clerk (M/F)

  • Duration of training 3 years

In order to achieve our company objectives, it is essential for our products to be manufactured according to the principle of economic efficiency. This means the sales revenue generated with these products must be higher than their manufacturing costs. For such calculations figures are required which are made available by our in-company accounts department, in other words the cost accounting. Furthermore legal directives make it necessary to compile regular reports. This is the task of the external accounting system, the bookkeeping. The sales and marketing department of our company is responsible for sales of our products and, in negotiations for this purpose, ensures sufficient quantity volumes at reasonable prices. The purchasing department is responsible for availability of the necessary materials at favourably low prices for us. The principle factor of success in the manufacturing of goods – the human being – is appointed by the human resources department which remains in permanent contact with all employees.

The above-mentioned tasks in the commercial departments can only be executed by qualified employees. Professional training as an industrial business management assistant is necessary in order to qualify. This apprenticeship normally lasts for 3 years. A degree from a university of applied science is required. Personal aptitude will be ascertained in a written test and a subsequent interview.

We also offer this course of training within the scope of a dual study / practical work system. We have adopted this system because we see it as an effective way in which to cover our own needs for executive employees.
