Great importance is attached to the first professional training at Friedrich Wilhelms-Hütte and the system looks back over a long tradition. Technical changes in the foundry industry imposes high demands on our employees. We place great importance on sound, practically based training.

Taking on our apprentices after their training is a challenging task for us and helps to ensure that we have enough qualified experts.

Naturally our employees continue with further training after they have completed their apprenticeships. We provide active support for our employees who wish to continue training to qualify at a higher level or to pursue a course of academic study.

Our positive activities before and after the period of apprenticeship have been acknowledged by the award of the title “Training Company of the Year in Mülheim an der Ruhr 2007″.
